Slue Foot Sue was the true love of Pecos Bill and the legend goes, that they were to be married. However, she decided to take a ride on Bill's mean horse Widowmaker. He bucked her off and the huge bustle bounced her all the way to the moon. I imagine her up there still steaming about her ruined wedding day.
