Too Soon

For the first time in a very long time, in fact longer than I can remember, we have snow in October. And not just some measly fluff lazily drifting downward. No, there is accumulation that requires starting your car early and spending ten minutes brushing it off. Now don't get me wrong, I love snow. I'm usually that one person that everyone groans at when the seasons show their first sign of changing because I jump with glee at the mere prospect of snow. However, I prefer my snow to make its proper appearance in November. Nobody likes to Trick-or-Treat in snowpants.
